Privacy Policy

1.Who we are
MADTech Solutions LLC (“MADTech”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. We design and build websites, mobile applications, custom software and automation systems.
We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in it at marcusgagyehtc@gmail.com, or by mail at our registered agent, 2222 W Grand River Ave, Suite A, Okemos, MI 48864.
2.What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the quote request form we collect your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, project type, budget range, timeline and the description of your project. Only name, email, project type and description are required.
Information collected automatically. When you submit the form we also record the referring page and any campaign parameters in it, your browser’s user agent string, and a one-way salted hash of your IP address. We store the hash rather than the address itself so that we can identify repeated abusive submissions without retaining a record that identifies your location or connection.
Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies — including analytics and advertising — do not load until you consent.
What we do not collect. We do not knowingly collect government identifiers, payment card numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or any special category data through this website. We do not ask you to create an account.
3.Why we use it
- To read, evaluate and respond to your inquiry.
- To prepare a scope, estimate or proposal, and to communicate with you about it.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and automated abuse — the legitimate purpose behind the IP hash and rate limiting.
- With your consent, to understand which pages and campaigns bring people here, and to measure whether an advertisement led to an inquiry.
- To comply with law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
If you are in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis (such as the UK or EEA), we rely on: your consent for analytics and advertising cookies; steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract for handling your inquiry; and our legitimate interests in securing the site and defending our rights.
4.We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money.
Be aware that under some state privacy laws — notably the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended — the use of advertising cookies can itself be treated as “sharing”. This is precisely why those cookies are off until you turn them on, and why you can turn them off again at any time from the Cookie Policy page. We have never sold personal information, including that of minors under 16.
5.Who we share it with
We do not trade, rent or sell your information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our instructions, and only as far as needed to run the site:
- Supabase — hosts the database that stores quote requests.
- Resend — delivers an email notification containing your quote request after it has been stored.
- Vercel — hosts and serves this website and processes request logs.
- Google — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, only if you consent to the analytics or advertising cookie categories.
- Meta — the Meta Pixel, only if you consent to the advertising cookie category.
Google and Meta act as independent controllers of the data their tags collect, under their own privacy policies. If you decline those categories their tags are never loaded. See the Cookie Policy for the current list and to change your choice.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to investigate suspected fraud or abuse, protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets — in which case we will take reasonable steps to ensure it stays protected under terms consistent with this policy.
6.How long we keep it
Quote requests are retained for up to three years from your last contact with us, so that we have a record of what was discussed and agreed. Requests we identify as spam are deleted or marked and purged sooner. If we enter into a contract with you, related records may be kept longer where tax, accounting or legal obligations require it.
You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner — see section 8.
7.How we protect it
Quote requests are transmitted over TLS and written to a database with row-level security enabled and no public access policies, meaning the public API keys used by browsers cannot read or write the table at all. Writes happen only from our server using a secret credential that is never sent to your browser. Access to the stored data is limited to people who need it to respond to you.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information — passwords, card numbers, health or financial records — through the quote form.
8.Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. To do any of these, email marcusgagyehtc@gmail.com from the address you contacted us with, or give us enough detail to locate your inquiry. We will respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need longer.
United States — state privacy laws. If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and profiling. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. You may use an authorized agent, and you may appeal a refusal by replying to our decision.
UK and EEA. You additionally have the right to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Cookies. You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time from the Cookie Policy page. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly.
9.International visitors
We operate from the United States and our service providers store data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed there, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses through our processors.
10.Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email marcusgagyehtc@gmail.com and we will delete it.
11.Third-party links
The site may link to services we do not control. This policy does not cover them, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information.
12.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site changes or the law does. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will take reasonable steps to tell you — such as a notice on the site or an email — before it takes effect.
